Data Limits In Knowi:
  While Knowi does not directly impose any data limits at the dataset, there are several things to keep in mind, to balance performance and user experience:

1. Query Preview limit: By default, the preview will return up to 10k records, but you can change it using the preview up caret.

2. Query Save: There are no limits imposed on the query results (unless you have an explicit limit set on the query).

3. When creating/updating a widget within widget settings, the default setting preview uses up to 50k records for faster processing. This can be changed using the settings, up to 1M. Ditto for Self-Service analytics/Transform. 

4. When a widget is displayed in a dashboard, it’ll process up to 1M records from that dataset for that widget. If you wish to override this limit, set the Data limit to a customizable number in  the widget settings.

5. For pivot and datagrids, you can display up to 200k records, unless you have a custom data limit in #4.
