Bar chart - Error in default value for "Show/Hide Y-Axis title"

Super minor issue, but just wanted to let you know.

By default, the bar chart shows the title of the Y axis. Now, when I want to hide it, the setting is already UNchecked! So when you check it, it stays the same (showing the Y-Axis title), and after clicking it again (going back to the value it comes by default) then it hides it.
