Can I transfer assets by a user before deleting their account?

If you need to offboard a user, you can transfer the ownership of assets by that user, say User A to another account, let's call it User B, before deleting User A. 

Doing this will move all items owned by User A, including but not limited to dashboards, queries, datasources, widgets, scheduled reports, and Agents to User B.
