Creating Actions for a specific data element

Hi, 

My client requires a visualization which will have 4 columns, The 4th column will have string entry "Edit". 

On clicking "Edit", the dashboard should re-direct the user to another webpage which will be given in the onclick details. 

I understand that i can make the widget as a whole clickable, but is there any way to make a specific data element within the widget clickable?
