how can i pull more than 10k records from Google Analytics?

With Google Analytics's maximum of 10,000 records per request, how do i request more than 10k records without reducing my date range?

  By adjusting the max results field, we'll automatically append the results of each request (i.e. each request with a 10k records) to pull all available data within the specified Start Date to End Date or if using the Date Range field. If you're unsure how many rows your date will return, place an arbitrary value, such as 1000000 in the Max Results field
