Timeout message

Sometimes we receive timeout message like this:

com.cloud9.exception.QueryParseException: Timed out after 30000 ms while waiting for a server that matches....

But our datasource is running fine. Why is this?

  If this occurs, check that you have whitelisted the following Knowi IP addresses:

  107.21.223.31

  54.227.241.30

  54.225.241.178
