Why can't authorized users see the dashboards I created?

Dashboards are, by default, private unless they are explicitly shared to a specific user or group. 

If you wish to share all of your assets (datasources, queries and dashboard) with a user of group of users, then this can be set up from within the User Settings page: http://recordit.co/gMmzD9pnG3

If you wish to share a specific dashboard, then this can be done directly from the Dashboard Sharing option itself:
