How do I alter my session timeout period?

By default, Knowi has a session timeout of 30 minutes for all users. After 30 minutes of inactivity, your Knowi session will time out and you will not be able to configure/edit any assets unless you re-log in. The session timeout period can be adjusted under your User Settings. 

To adjust your session timeout period, navigate to your User Settings and scroll down to SESSION TIMEOUT. You can adjust this value to any number of minutes. (Be sure to click save!)

If you do not have access to this user setting, your account may not have permission to alter your session timeout. Contact your account admin if that is something you would like to adjust.
