There is a combination of settings that may impede the phone or carrier from allowing the text to go through. Follow the steps below to resolve this issue:
- Reboot your phone > turn your phone off and then turn it back on.
- For new users only: Ensure the mobile number you have registered with Knowi was entered correctly. If it was incorrectly entered, you will not receive the text.
- For existing users only: If you have changed your phone number recently, you will have to request a phone number change with our Knowi Support first. Then we’ll change your phone number so that you can log back into your account.
