- Knowi Apps
- Copy to Another Account or Install (4730): An App can now be exported as a signed package and imported into another account or Knowi install, mapped to that account's datasets. Imported copies are locked and updated by importing the next package.
- Development Copy of a Live App (4732): A live App can be copied into a development copy on its own Git branch, changed in the Builder, then sent back to the original as the next version.
- Report Page PDF (4724): An App can now render one of its report pages to PDF on demand, for a Download PDF button or a scheduled emailed report.
- Repository Access (4696): For Knowi-managed repositories, the App settings now let you share the repository with a GitHub user and open it to view or download the code.
- AI Settings (4727): The redesigned AI Settings page selects the default model, reasoning effort and task budget per model and feature. Users can save their own provider API keys, while global keys remain visible to account admins only.
- Semantic Layer - PHI Fields (4720): Dataset fields can now be tagged as PHI under Semantic Layer Dataset Settings for PHI-enabled customers. Tagged fields are encrypted in every downstream read and kept out of filter suggestions and NLP value indexes.
- Zendesk - Ticket Search Collection (4654): New Ticket Search collection replaces Incremental Tickets, which Zendesk plans to retire. Existing Incremental Tickets queries keep working until then and are marked deprecated.
- PDF Export Name (4716): Viewers, SSO and share or embed users can now edit the PDF export file name for their own download, prefilled with the saved name. Saving the default is for those with edit rights only.
Fixes
- Reports - Stale Smart Cache (4721): Scheduled and manual PDF exports now bypass Smart Cache and render live data instead of a previously cached result.
- Cloud9QL - Window Functions on Large Results (4728): MAX OVER PARTITION BY and other window functions no longer return blank values for early rows on large datasets.
- Dashboard Filters - Loading Indicator (4675): After a filter change, the loading indicator now stays on each widget until the filtered data has loaded.
- Spreadsheet Widget (4705): Formulas that reference many cells on other sheets no longer freeze the browser.
- Excel Export Formatting (4695): Excel, PDF and pivot exports now reflect the data grid formats, including AM/PM and formats applied by column position.
