Fixes
- Stacked Column Percent Labels (4530): With Percent Stack Type enabled, "Label - Display as Percent" now shows percentages on the chart.
- Jira API Key Authentication (4535): Basic auth API keys are now base64-encoded correctly, so Jira queries no longer fail with 401 errors; Mailchimp key handling was corrected at the same time.
- Instagram Datasource Auto-renaming (4548): Datasources no longer revert to the name of the authenticated Meta user.
- Tree Filter Selected Values (4506): Tree filters now show their selected values in filter sets and the filter panel.
