Playwright PDF Export Engine (4415): PDF exports can now render through Playwright/Chromium instead of PhantomJS, bringing modern CSS and JavaScript support to dashboards and custom widgets.

- On Premise Deployments: PhantomJS is still supported on on-premise deployments, contact Knowi support to upgrade.
- Map and List type support for MySQL and PostgreSQL DBWrite (4501): Map and list fields are now auto-detected and mapped to the correct data type. Previously these were written as strings
- AgenticBI Chat Improvements (4503): AgenticBI chat now summarizes long conversations to stay on track, suggests next steps to continue your analysis, and surfaces advanced reasoning and analysis inline. This release also includes a UI uplift.
- Dashboard PDF Export Name (4496): Dashboard PDF exports now accept a custom filename, including date tokens and runtime parameters, set from the PDF export settings.
- Recommendations Widget (4518): Widget dataset mode now analyzes more records when ‘Analyze in Chunks’ is enabled. Larger datasets are now supported, although extremely large datasets may still be truncated using Knowi’s in-house model. Enabled by default when pulling widget recommendations via Management API.
Fixes
- Secondary Chart Data Labels (4458): Data labels on Stacked Column and Stacked Area secondary charts now follow the Secondary Data Label Display toggle instead of always showing.
- Date/Time Filter Blank (4488): Date/Time filters can now be cleared and left blank instead of reverting to Last 30 Days.
- Pivot Excel Exports (4482): Pivot column ordering in Excel exports now reflect the sort order in the UI. Excel exports with Single row representation turned on also reflect UI, previously setting was ignored.
- AgenticBI Chat: Resolves relative-date questions failing outright, empty results dead-ending the conversation, report routing errors, follow-up questions losing context, and clarifications becoming unanswerable.
- Shopify Refresh Token (4500): Fixed Shopify OAuth token handling so scheduled queries run successfully.
