Query AI Agent:
In addition to the recently released Widget AI Agent and Dashboard AI Agent, we're introducing the Query AI Agent. Describe what you're looking for in plain English and the agent will identify the right datasource, build the query, and create the dataset for you. Admins can control which datasources are indexed for AI-powered query assistance from the datasource settings.
By default, the Query AI Agent uses Knowi's in-house AI, so your data stays within Knowi. This is currently in private beta – if you’d like to turn this on other agents, please let us/your account manager know.
Filter Set Updates
- Filter Set Per-User Values: Filter sets can now store values per user instead of per user per dashboard, providing a more consistent filtering experience when the same filter set is used across multiple dashboards. (4106)
- Filter Autosuggestion - Multiple Values: Filter dataset autosuggestion now supports selecting multiple values at once.
Natural Language Processing:
- Optimized the algorithms for better filter matching (for like and not like clauses), various other improvements
- Slack app improvements for asking questions via slack.
Improvements / Fixes
- Datagrid Search: Fixed an issue where datagrid search was not returning correct results in certain configurations. (4107)
- Pivot Scrollbar: Fixed the pivot table scrollbar being inaccessible when a footer was configured. (4087)
- Category Search in Query Builder: Fixed category selection search not working in the query builder.
- PDF Report Builder Export: Fixed export issues with the custom PDF report builder.
- View-Only Dashboard Filter Reset: Filter set reset button now works correctly when a dashboard is shared as view-only.
- Excel Exports: Fix export issues with encoded characters in column names, and some date formats.
