Geocoding - Lat/Long from Address

Retrieves lat/longs from addresses using geocod.io.

Note: This requires your own API key from geocod.io.

Example:

select geocode(<fullAddress>,<apiKey>)

This:

• Issues a batch geocoding request to geocod.io.
• The fields are added as separate columns to the result.
